Zen Nachos

In the mood for something quick, easy, delicious and cost-conscious? Be creative! Nachos not only make a yummy appetizer but an awesome meal! Made even easier if you have leftover taco meat and are wanting to reinvent your meal with nearly all the same ingredients.

Here is a list of ingredients from the picture above:

  • Organic corn tortilla chips
  • Half a pound of ground beef (hormone and antibiotic free) seasoned with cumin, paprika, oregano, crushed red pepper, mint, ancho chili pepper, sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper
  • Cheddar cheese (grass fed)
  • Organic diced cherry tomatoes
  • Organic mango
  • Chopped organic cabbage
  • Chopped organic radish
  • Sliced avacado
  • Bake on 390 for 20 minutes
